BIO FOR is a highly concentrated foam and wetting agent that forms a foam blanket, highly effective even at low concentrations, from 0.1\u202f% to 3\u202f%. It is used to combat class A fires in solid materials, such as forest fires, urban fires, industrial fires, and recycling facilities, as well as minor class B hydrocarbon fires. BIO FOR is utilized by fire brigades and municipal emergency services.<\/p>\n

The foam\u2019s wetting properties enhance water penetration, reduce surface tension, and allow water to deeply penetrate solid materials, resulting in faster extinguishment and reduced risk of reignition. Its foaming properties enable the foam to adhere to vertical surfaces for extended periods with minimal runoff while providing a cooling effect. The foam contains no fluorine compounds, halogens, or PBTs (Persistent, Bioaccumulative, and Toxic substances) that are harmful to the environment and living organisms. BIO FOR class A foam also complies with the European Groundwater Directive, making it safe for use in environmentally sensitive areas.<\/p>\n

More than 90\u202f% of all municipal and rural fire calls are for this type of fire, making BIO FOR an attractive option for fire departments due to its ecological and biodegradable properties.<\/p>\n
